I provide child, adolescent, and adult therapies and incorporate modalities including person centered, play therapy, sand tray, EMDR, somatic practices, mindfulness, expressive arts. I have specialized training in Infant/Family Studies, SPACE Parent Treatment and Failure To Launch, Perinatal Mental Health, and Menopause Mental Health.
