I am a licensed clinical social worker for over twenty years with experience working in foster care, adoption, domestic violence, sexual assault, the school systems, the criminal justice system, family systems, and more. My private practice is focused on anxiety, depression, and PTSD utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I utilize a person-centered approach, CBT, and ACT. My goal is to help my clients find peace and joy in their personal journeys. My motto is “Find by through Nature.”
