I specialize in men's issues, relationship issues, and couples therapy. "Men's issues" refers to numerous factors that contribute to men's dissatisfaction with life (e.g., work stress and few friends), as well as the consequences (e.g., behaviors that can become excessive and problematic -- substance use, workouts, sex, etc.). I offer a safe environment where you can address difficult issues. I am casual and down-to-earth. My approach is pragmatic and client-centered.
