I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming or uncertain, and if that’s where you are right now, you’re not alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly seen. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in school-based social work, where I’ve spent several years supporting adolescents and young adults through anxiety, stress, grief, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with individuals navigating grief and loss, as well as providing affirming, inclusive care for members of the LGBTQ+ community.
