I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in various settings such as inpatient mental health, outpatient mental health, and within the Veterans Health Administration. I have been a licensed provider since 2013 and provide a variety of therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
