I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CASAC Level 2 with nearly 30 years of experience helping individuals navigate mental health challenges, substance use, trauma, and major life transitions. I specialize in working with clients facing co-occurring disorders, court-mandated treatment, DWI-related issues, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged by past attempts at change. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can understand patterns, build insight, and develop practical tools for real, sustainable growth.
