I have 26 years of experience working with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. I'm privileged to have worked with a multitude of cultures, communities and organizations aimed to address both personal and environmental stressors which lead to unique feelings and responses. I provide coping skills to manage anger behaviors that arise from life events, relationships and traumas. My mission is to assist clients with leading and living their most productive and authentic lives. Naturally increase awareness on how emotions influence behaviors and relationships.
