I am an in-person Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida who sees clients in their homes and assisted living communities, ensuring care is provided where they feel most comfortable or when mobility is limited. With over 10 years of experience, I support adults, older adults, and caregivers through life transitions. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, ADHD, bipolar disorder, medical illness, stress, and relational abuse, and help clients navigate anxiety, identity and spiritual concerns, family conflict, and major life changes. My work is compassionate, respectful, and resilience-focused. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults and older adults across Florida via telehealth and in-home settings. My work focuses on trauma integration, grief, life transitions, ADHD, and relational healing, using evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches including ACT, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy.
