I am a warm and dedicated therapist interested in helping you cope with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma and acculturation issues. I am also interested in helping you adjust to a new struggle or stage of life. I have been working in mental health for 20+ years and I am down to earth and solution-focused. I will help you identify a goal and work with you step-by-step to achieve that goal. I integrate therapeutic modalities like dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), CBT, EMDR, Somatic experiencing and mindfulness to help my clients become more aware and better equipped to manage problems with relationships, trauma, stress and emotional dysregulation.
