As a person in recovery myself, I have both personal and professional experience to help those desiring help with untreated addiction and/or unresolved trauma. In order to recover, you need to know what you are recovering from. My work with co-occurring disorders including mental health, substance abuse and trauma started in a hospital on the Dual Diagnosis unit then grew into working as a trauma therapist and from there, working as both a residential and IOP therapist at a treatment center for chemical dependency and eating disorders. Being in recovery gives me the insight and perspective in which to help you with your journey.
