I work with individuals, couples and teens that suffer from anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress syndrome and attachment issues. I work with clients in a collaborative way to set realistic goals and provide a safe space to work with them at their own pace. I feel that the majority of people want to be seen and heard and understood. I am trauma informed and join with my clients that have experienced trauma in a slow and delicate manner. I am EMDR Trained by the Creative Mindfulness Institute.
