About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Maine with over 25 years' experience working with individuals to help them identify issues that are impacting their mental well-being, their daily lives and relationships. I am based in Florida but am licensed to practice in both Florida and Maine and have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, discrimination due to ethnic background, stress and trauma. I also work with college students helping them cope with relationship issues, stressors, life changes and any other issues they may be encountering. I enjoy the dynamic relationship a therapist and client develop working together to find solutions to improving their lives. I believe that as a therapist it is my job to help plant seeds of change and during therapy, we work together to water those seeds to help you grow and the end goal is when your tree is taking root and taking shape.
