I aim to hold a reflective space where you don’t have to simplify who you are or what you’ve been through. In therapy, we can form the kind of relationship where you feel safe to look at (and tend to) the parts of yourself that are often overlooked. I love working with people in all stages and phases of life as they navigate the experience of being a complex human in a complex world. I am honored to hear and hold the stories of my clients and their families and to get to know the rich texture of their lives, longings, fears and dreams.
