I seek to create a therapeutic space that validates my clients’ identities and lived experiences. You have more strengths than you might know and I believe both you and I have expertise and insight to bring to the therapeutic relationship. I practice from an integrated cognitive-behavioral, existential, and emotionally-focused approach. I help clients learn skills, explore and express emotions and unmet needs, and create and enact goals towards personal growth and healing that are individualized to their desires and values. I enjoy working with clients who are in the midst of life transitions, making sense of family/relational dynamics and conflict, living with OCD, and those that carry a multiracial identity. Additionally, I have special interest in the area of sex therapy.
