I embody several identities, some of which are spouse, mother, daughter, sister, and an AuDHD cisgender female. I am first generation US born of Cuban decent and currently live on occupied Tequesta land, also known as Miami, Fl, where I was born and raised. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, Endorsed Infant Family Specialist in the state of Florida, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Certified Baby-led Sleep & Well-being Specialist. I currently specialize in perinatal mental health, working with new and expectant parents throughout the perinatal period (pregnancy and postpartum) offering counseling services and leading support groups for pregnant and postpartum birthing people at a local community birth center, Magnolia Birth House.
