You are feeling like you have lost control over your life. You look around and it seems as if your choices are being made for you. When you try to go after what you want, you feel defeated before you can even take the first step. It does not have to be this way. We become better at navigating our lives when we learn receive accurate information, remove the judgement that comes with other people's attempt to control our life, and can clearly see the potential outcomes (both good and bad) of our choices. My passion is to empower and not dictate. It is my honor to listen and not judge.
