Formally trained in a number of different psychotherapies including: Advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an effective therapy for many issues; Level III Gottman Couples Therapy, Certified in EFT Tapping Hypnosis, NLP, Transgenerational Therapy, Systemic family therapy, and certified Biodecoding Coach.
