Many of us have struggled with anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Some of us have dealt with trauma, serious illness, or domestic violence. I have many years experience helping clients move beyond these issues into a healthier, more productive life. I believe that each person has, within themselves, the ability to grow and change. Part of the process of, and evaluation towards, change can be a positive relationship with an advocate and/or counselor. I have respect for this process and an interest in clients achieving their counseling goals.
