As a counselor, I provide an inviting therapeutic space allowing clients to be safe and brave. I am clinically trained to care for clients who present with a variety of mental health symptoms or personal issues/concerns. Together we can explore suitable interventions and aim at client goals that allow for healthy processing and movement towards healing. We can explore where you might be stuck, and where you might like to grow or make shifts. We can grow hope for right now and the future. The journey of healing does not mean we learn to ignore what hurts, or pretend we are not stuck, it includes naming where we actually are.
