My ideal client is an individual who has experienced intense stress, pain, and wounding within their life and is striving to lessen these forces and strengthen the path they are on. Many of my clients have had experiences with substances or psychedelics that they used on their own to try to access their inner parts, and some have also had extremely powerful or distressing psychedelic experiences they are now working to integrate and organize. These clients are trying to balance genuine insight with the confusions of trauma and the needs of many internal parts that do not always cooperate gently. I help clients navigate trauma, overwhelm, and complex inner parts with clarity and steadiness. I use parts work, trauma-informed therapy, somatic awareness, and KAP for appropriate clients. My focus is helping you integrate difficult experiences, find grounding, and build a clearer, more aligned path forward.
