My ideal client is a couple who are interested in staying together but need help dealing with some rough patches -unfaithfulness, excessive fighting and conflict, destructive communication and behavioral patterns, difficulties coping with stress, love life problems, anxiety, depression, jealousy- in a constructive way. A couple who doesn't want to give up on their relationships and is willing to make some efforts to improve their relationship and resolve their difficulties. My ideal client is the one who wants to help him/herself or a significant other overcome barriers holding them back from dealing with themselves and others effectively. Individuals grow in relationships and I am interested in helping couples develop loving, constructive and creative relationship environment in which growth can flourish in satisfying ways. I use the research validated Gottman Methods couples therapy approach integrated with Emotionally Effective techniques and Modern Psychoanalytic Attunement techniques for effective results.
