I'm Jemese Lachel and at Grace Abides we provide Spirit-led, biblically faithful counseling and trauma therapy that reflects the love of God. My heart is to help women like you find lasting peace, healing and restoration as you navigate this journey to feeling like "you" again. I specialize in supporting women 18 and older who are seeking faith-based help with sexual trauma, PTSD, marital hardship, grief, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety or depression, relationship challenges, spiritual distress, and other painful struggles. While my approach is rooted in biblical principles, I warmly welcome people of all faiths and backgrounds. With more than 15 years of clinical expertise, my goal is to provide you a safe, supportive space where you can process your pain and begin to experience freedom.
