At the core of my work, I strive to foster a strong, supportive relationship with my clients that is based in empathy, care, and compassion. No matter what brings you to therapy, in my office, your unique story and identity will be honored and celebrated in our work together. I primarily work with adults who have concerns around anxiety, depression, past trauma, self-esteem concerns, and difficult life transitions. My role as a therapist is to help you reach your goals and live the life you envision for yourself. My therapeutic style is to integrate a few different modalities and tailor therapeutic strategies to what works best for you. I most commonly incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and some cognitive therapy strategies. I also work from an attachment and strengths-based lens.
