As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Grace brings warmth, genuineness, and empathy to individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges adjustment issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. In addition to being a Licensed Professional Counselor (working with children, adolescents, and adults), Grace is a Registered Play Therapist, which has an emphasis on children being able to express themselves in a way that is developmentally appropriate for them, using play as their languag Grace has worked in various settings in the mental health field with children, adolescents, and adults. She is passionate about providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone. She practices through a Person-Centered Counseling approach, working to build trust in the relationship, so that growth can happen in a non-judgmental space.
