I offer gentle, trauma-informed care for adolescent girls and women, centered on safety, understanding, and healing. In our work together, we focus on understanding your inner world, building emotional regulation, and gently addressing the experiences shaping how you feel and respond today. I use trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and integrate faith when desired, helping you move toward steadiness, clarity, and renewed trust in yourself.
