My ideal client is one who seeks a space in which they can express their thoughts, emotions, and challenges freely and openly. My ideal client struggles with anxiety and/or depression and is in need of validation, re assurance, and coping skills to navigate their distressing emotions and experiences. My client is open to individualized interventions that will focus on moving them towards their goals. My ideal client wants to improve their quality of life and is courageous in reaching out and asking for help.
