Working through a trauma-informed lens, I create a warm and grounding space for folks experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, life stress, and effects from past trauma. I work from a strengths-based perspective and believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow with the right support and tools. Integrating mindfulness into our work, I help you ground in the present while processing past experiences and present thoughts.
