Hi, I'm Grace Bollinger (she/her) and I'm a clinical intern at Ellie Mental Health. I bring a collaborative, compassionate, and curious presence to my work. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their inner worlds and lived experiences. I view therapy as a partnership—one in which the client is the expert on their own story. I am grounded in humanistic, psychodynamic, and existential theories, and am particularly interested in how identity, meaning, and relational patterns shape our emotional lives.
