Hi there! I help individuals identify and heal the attachment wounds and core beliefs that shape how they relate to themselves and others. My work supports clients in breaking old patterns, improving communication, and cultivating deeper self-trust and relational security. I also work with couples using an attachment-based lens to help them understand one another, repair emotional ruptures, and rebuild connection. Outside the therapy room, I cherish spending time with friends, family, and all the animals. I find joy in being outdoors, tapping into my creativity, and engaging in activities like strength training, boxing, and yoga
