My clients are always in the process of becoming. You are naturally curious, yet you seem to hit "walls" that you can never overcome by yourself. You are seeking new heights and possibilities, yet struggle to shake off the weight of guilt and shame. You feel narrowed in and defined by some force other than yourself, whether that be cultural or familial, but you are open towards meaning and purpose beyond what is familiar. You want to be truly 'you' across different contexts and spaces - confident of who 'you' are no matter what has been said about you. I work with individual adults, couples and families. I work from a culturally responsive and humble lens where every part of you is integrated into your whole healing. My clinical specialties are with Adult TCKs, BIPOC folks struggling with religious trauma, and intercultural/interracial couples.
