Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, worried, stressed out, or stuck? Are you struggling with life’s challenges or your relationships? I believe that therapy in a safe, accepting, and compassionate space allows for the self-understanding necessary for growth and healing. I work with adults and young adults (18+) to explore feelings and gain a better self- understanding, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, race and multicultural issues, and grief and loss. I believe that therapy is most helpful in a nonjudgmental and empathic setting where you can feel comfortable as you explore your thoughts and feelings.
