I offer online psychotherapy services for adolescents and adults utilizing an integrative approach. Therapy may include creative art therapy, parent support, ADHD coaching, and other therapy services to promote, support, and facilitate emotional well-being. I look forward to providing a supportive, caring, and non-judgmental space where teens and adults can reflect on the barriers they are experiencing in their lives and explore different solutions to their problems.
