So much of how we see ourselves and the world is based on beliefs we hold closely, sometimes unknowingly. These beliefs are developed and emphasized over time, feeling more and more like solid truth. All too often, these beliefs are not only untrue, they are harmful to our mental health and perception of who we are and what we're worth. I am dedicated to walking with you as you come to identify, understand and work through those beliefs to move toward self-compassion and growth. I am passionate about helping you to grow in self-awareness surrounding your emotions, relationships and ability to make changes within yourself.
