About
I work with individuals seeking to understand the quiet patterns beneath their pain—why familiar emotions, relationships, and self-stories keep resurfacing despite their best efforts to move forward. Many come feeling anxious, perfectionistic, or disconnected from their sense of purpose, yet intuitively sense there is more waiting to be uncovered. Together, we slow down and listen to what the mind and body are trying to say, tracing how early experiences, defenses, and protective parts shape the present. Through curiosity, creativity, and compassion, our work nurtures awareness, integration, healing, and lasting emotional growth. I’m a clinical intern at Manhattan Mindful, providing psychotherapy under licensed supervision as part of my advanced MSW training. Integrating contemporary psychodynamic theory, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, I aim to create a collaborative, compassionate space where clients feel deeply seen, supported, & empowered to foster lasting emotional growth
