My clients are struggling with waves of depression, anxiety, overwhelm, how to handle relationships, or just trying to learn more about themselves and their mental health. I like to help my patients return to a level of functioning that they feel like they've lost. I assist patients in building awareness and learning skills so that they can more effectively help themselves in an empowered way.
