Focusing on personal and spiritual recovery, I empower hope for personal and spiritual transformation no matter what your belief or philosophy. Addressing the correlation between grief, loss, trauma, illness, and/or addiction. Through awareness, I believe that barriers, obstacles, and stigmas in your life can be identified and transmute grace from grief and wisdom from wounds. My journey of pain and suffering inspired my spiritual quest resulting in remarkable life-changing healing from cancer. Then through the process of grief and mourning the tragic deaths of my daughter and granddaughter my soul awakened; I found peace. Being a healing presence, providing active listening, and creating a sacred space are critical for you to feel safe to open up to the shadow parts of yourself, and learn to identify, express, and feel your feelings. Building bridges where there were once walls.
