Her direct, person-centered approach emphasizes emotional safety, symptom management, and increasing self-awareness around the origins of distress. Her clinical expertise spans trauma related disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, and more. She has experience in providing individual and family therapy, and has advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. Grace believes in equipping individuals with lifelong skills that extend beyond the therapy office, promoting long-term growth and resilience. She integrates concepts from various psychological theories and uses evidence-based interventions to help each client meet their unique goals. Grace often draws from CBT and ACT in her practice.
