My goal in counseling is always, first and foremost, to mutually create a space that allows you to feel safe enough to explore the most vulnerable parts of yourself. Intentionally interacting with your own vulnerability takes courage, and thankfully isn't something you have to do alone. My current focus is working with adult women and men who are experiencing issues like depression, anxiety, mild to moderate eating disorders, relationship/social challenges, and general feelings that thriving and aliveness are out of reach.
