Hi I’m Grace and I am licensed social worker with my MSW from Rutgers University. I really try to draw upon my clients natural strengths and use them to foster and create meaningful and sustainable change. I like to utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help the clients I work with learn how to manage distressing emotions, enhance communication with others and the environment and help reduce negative thoughts and change patterns of thinking.
