NOW Serving Clients Residing in: NC, SC and FL via Telehealth. Often, we need support with challenges, fear, grief, & feelings of unsettlement. Regardless of the issue(s), if it's significant to you, we can face it together. I provide individual therapy to individuals (18+) struggling with anxiety, depression, diminished self-esteem, mood instability, anger issues, relationship struggles, & those having difficulty adjusting to life transitions. Helping individuals make the best of relationships with their partners, children, & themselves is my goal. I coach on communication skills, assertiveness, healthy boundaries, stress management, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and parenting methods using evidence-based practices specific to individual needs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Collaborative Problem Solving, Motivational Interviewing, & Trauma-Focused CBT.
