The people I work with usually know what the “right things” and the “healthy things” are. They don’t understand why they don’t really enjoy their life. They are incredibly logical and feel like they should be happy, should be calm, and should be able to “figure it out”. Instead, they feel overwhelmed, uncomfortable, frustrated, powerless, disappointed, misunderstood, or exhausted. They want to be more efficient, less stressed, and able to feel good about their life. I help people reduce their worry, anxiety, or panic attacks while increasing overall satisfaction. View 7 Photos The process looks different with each of my clients and may include unpacking life’s heavy stuff, making peace with the past, deciphering what’s important to you, figuring out who you are or who you want to be, and/or facing fears head-on. You will be both challenged and supported. I use evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
