Hi, I'm Grace. My clients often come to therapy feeling lost or stuck, knowing something in their life isn’t working but unsure how to make a change. These feelings can show up as anxiety, low mood, or unhealthy coping behaviors, and are often tied to stress from school, work, or relationships. Together, we explore what truly matters—their values, priorities, and the kind of life they want to build. Change can be scary, even when it's positive, so I work to create a space where it feels safe to be honest, curious, and imperfect.
