Seeking the help of a therapist is a very courageous step! Whether you're struggling with a particular issue or just can't shake the feeling that there should be more to life, I’m confident that I can help. The primary focus of my practice has been in addictions and co-occurring conditions working both with adolescents and adults; helping to manage all that accompanies a substance-related or addictive disorder. However I have worked with diverse populations and issues and am accustomed to working with clients in individual, family and group settings. I have helped clients like you successfully address a wide variety of issues. I utilize a blended, technically eclectic model of evidenced-based treatments with strengths-based philosophies. Particularly paying attention to meet you where you are in the therapeutic process. I don't take the expert stance as you are the expert in your life and know what best will suit you in finding balance, health and wellness.
