Not everything that weighs you down is yours to carry. You have been carrying around your burdens for a long time with no end in sight. You feel tired, worn out, hopeless. You might wonder if things can ever get better. I believe that they can. I believe that counseling can give you the tools to manage the stresses of life. You might be weighed down by fear, sadness, grief, loss, or the past. Together, we can make these things just a little bit easier to manage and help you move toward the life you want. I am a Registered Play Therapist with several years of training and experience working with children, teens, and families. I use techniques from play therapy, sand tray therapy, art therapy, and more. I would be honored to come alongside you and your family to promote healthy attachment, productive communication, and fun!
