As a therapist, I provide a warm, supportive space where children, caregivers, and adults can feel seen, heard, and valued. I specialize in working with children, as well as with adults and parents navigating the complex, often overwhelming challenges in today’s world. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins in relationship. I use evidence-based, developmentally appropriate interventions that honor the unique needs of each client. With children, I integrate play therapy to help them explore their inner world, express their feelings, and build coping skills in a way that feels natural and safe.
