My goals as a therapist are rooted in valuing authenticity and honesty while fostering a safe, nurturing environment where you feel supported and understood. I strive to create a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely, knowing you are met with compassion and respect. While therapy should feel comfortable, I also believe in gently challenging you in ways that promote growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change. As your therapist, you’ll never have to wonder what I’m thinking. I strive to match your honesty with my own, fostering an open and transparent partnership in our work together. I work with adults healing from trauma, body image concerns, and life transitions. I integrate somatic work and EMDR to restore safety and resilience. I help clients move from feeling stuck in cycles of fear, shame, or self-criticism to feeling more grounded, embodied, and confident in their daily lives.
