Whether you are healing from trauma, struggling to manage anxiety, or just hoping to better understand yourself, I would be honored to journey alongside you on your path to personal growth. I strive to remain client-centered and strengths based, building upon your already existing internal strengths. I use a variety of therapeutic styles, including attachment focused, cognitive-behavioral, and AF-EMDR techniques.​ ​ ​Mindfulness and somatic exercises also play an essential role in the therapeutic process.
