As a therapist, I believe in meeting people where they are at and that you, the individual, are the expert on your life. I tailor my practice to what your individual goals and needs are by considering all parts of who you are, including your strengths, and not only the struggles you face. Throughout my work, I hope to foster a space in which we can communicate openly about what is working and what may not.
