I am a mental health practitioner, completing the required post-graduate degree supervised experience to become a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. In my therapeutic work I aim to integrate a trauma-focused, cognitive-behavioral lens to emphasize the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Additionally, I employ a person-centered approach that honors each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
