I am a licensed therapist at Grit Therapy who believes in fostering healing through a supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship. I use humor and warmth to connect with my clients and create a safe space for individuals of all identities and backgrounds. I primarily work with youth (ages 8+) and their caregivers and adults of all ages experiencing difficulties related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, eating and/or body image, and trauma. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and offer assistance with letters of support for transgender and gender diverse individuals. I am a person-centered therapist, which means I base my approach to therapy on the unique needs, perspective, and values of each individual person I work with. I am passionate about holistic mind/body healing and utilize aspects of Somatic Therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, DBT, CBT, psychodynamic, and mindfulness during my sessions.
